Our Process
Our process is what every client should look for and expect in a General Contractor. We meet with you to understand the scope of your project, gathering specific details of the project that are important to you. Next we clearly communicate cost, time frame and any professional suggestions we can make to improve your project. Once the details of the project have been agreed upon any necessary permits are pulled and work begins. Clear communication is provided throughout the project until completion.
Preconstruction
During the preconstruction phase of the project, details are discussed such as, scope of work, design, materials, and time frame.
Design & Construction Estimate
A cost estimate, time to completion, and specifications are clearly communicated with the customer.
On-Site Consultations
Prior to construction beginning and as needed throughout the project, it is important for the client and contractor to meet to insure no detail is overlooked.
